We collect a range of financial and performance information about each landlord. We use this to monitor and assess performance, and decide the level of engagement we need to have with each landlord.

For local authorities, we work with Audit Scotland and other scrutiny bodies on a joint approach to scrutiny activity. Local Scrutiny Plans for each local authority are available on our website.
We use the information we collect to help identify and understand new issues and risks. We report on our findings through our published analysis reports and assessments. You can find these in our publications page.
