Our engagement plans describe our work with social landlords. We publish an engagement plan for every social landlord in Scotland. Where a registered social landlord is part of a group, we will publish one engagement plan for the group.
Our engagement plans set out:
- why we are working with a landlord
- what it needs to do
- what it needs to send to us
- what we will do
- its regulatory status (for registered social landlords).
We may ask some landlords for more information and assurance. The information we ask for will be set out in our engagement plans.
We may also ask systemically important registered social landlords for more information and assurance.
