Margaret is one of the Assistant Directors within the Regulation Group and is responsible for leading a team who regulate a portfolio of RSLs and local authorities. Margaret also leads on governance policy.

Shaun is one of the Assistant Directors within the Regulation Group and is responsible for leading a team who regulate a portfolio of RSLs and local authorities. Shaun leads the Finance Team which is responsible for the financial regulation of RSLs.

John is one of the Assistant Directors within the Regulation Group and is responsible for leading a team who regulate a portfolio of RSLs and local authorities. John also leads on SHR’s approach to regulating services for people who are homeless.

Nicola is one of the Assistant Directors within the Regulation Group and is responsible for leading a team who regulate a portfolio of RSLs and local authorities.

Robert leads the Business Intelligence team and manages the external ICT contracts that support our regulatory operations, with responsibility for strategy development, procurement, contract management, software development and cyber resilience.
