Simon Little

Simon has over twenty years experience in social housing and related fields and was previously Vice Chair of Servite Housing Association.  After beginning his career working with tenants groups in Whitfield, Dundee, he joined the local Housing Department, gaining particular expertise in homelessness and community care issues.

Next came nine years developing and managing new services for Shelter Scotland, including family support projects, rural housing initiatives and advice services with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Scottish Prison Service.

As Social Justice Manager for Communities Scotland (Grampian) he worked closely with Registered Social Landlords and Councils on community regeneration initiatives.  Simon now runs a social research consultancy specialising in housing, social care and social enterprise activities.

Simon is a general member of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland and a Board Member of NHS Fife.
