RSLs provide us with annual information including a range of statistical, performance and financial data, along with future projections concerning finance and housing quality. This data helps inform our risk assessments.

We make the annual accounts of RSLs available, through the RSL register.

We publish a Financial Digest which draws on our analysis of the accounts of RSLs along with other financial information supplied by RSLs.

We publish statistics based on the information we collect. You can see the range of published tables containing information about stock, rents and service performance here.

We publish our analysis of the information received in different formats. For example the Financial Digest includes an analysis of the annual accounts of RSLs.

We publish an index comparing the operating costs of RSLs. The index from previous years is available to view.

We also publish contextual and performance information in the Review of Scottish Registered Social Landlords.

We inspect RSLs and local authority housing and homelessness services. You can see published reports of completed inspections here.
