Regulation Advisory Group (RAG)

RAG brings together senior members of stakeholder organisation to influence the regulation and inspection framework as it evolves.

The group acts as a sounding board for the Regulation Board.

Representation on the group includes:

• The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA);

• Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA);

• Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML);

• The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH);

• Audit Scotland;

• Scottish Government Housing and Regeneration directorate; and

• Tenants from the Tenants’ Regulation Advisory Group.
