The Scottish Housing Regulator has not inspected North Glasgow Housing Association under its powers set out in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001. As a result, the information requested is not held by The Scottish Housing Regulator.

For information the report of a Performance Audit on Springburn and Possilpark Housing Association (the name North Glasgow Housing Association previously used) carried out by our predecessor organisation Communities Scotland was released. This audit was carried out in 2001 under a different regulatory framework from that which the Regulator operates within today.
