Use of the web - Grampian Housing Association
Grampian HA sees its website www.grampianhousing.org as a means of communicating with customers. The most recent customer satisfaction survey found that 28% of tenants and 60% of shared owners had access to the internet, mostly at home. However, there are very low levels of usage of the site by customers; only 6% had visited the website, 4% had corresponded with Grampian by email and 2% had corresponded through the web site. The survey does show that there is higher interest in corresponding by e-mail or through the website in the future and Grampian would like to develop better two-way communication through the website. The website address and the services offered through the site such as reporting repairs, requesting housing application forms and downloading publications are regularly publicised.
