SHR 16 The Regulatory Code of Governance sets out the key principles and requirements for the good governance of registered social landlords. The Supporting Guidance provides a practical commentary on the Code that will assist RSLs in identifying how they can achieve the high standards of governance described in the Regulatory Code. And landlords can use the Self-Assessment Guidance to help them in evaluating and improving their own performance.

SHR 13 Assessing the financial viability of RSLs – Information requirements and spreadsheet of analysis of operating costs 2005-06 for completion.

SHR 12 Part 1 of Schedule 7 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 restricts the types of payments and benefits that RSLs can make to employees, governing body members and their close relatives. This guidance provides information on the interpretation of the terms of Schedule 7 and details the circumstances under which payments can be made or benefits granted.
