Scottish Housing Regulator
The Scottish Housing Regulator collects a range of statistical and performance information on Registered Social Landlords through its Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR). The APSR for the financial year April 2007 – March 2008 collects data on:
• equal opportunities monitoring undertaken for:
- applications for employment;
- applications for housing and services; and
- allocations of housing.
• ethnic origin and disability monitoring for staff, governing body, tenants, applicants and lets; and
• gender monitoring for staff and governing body.
On-line copies of the APSR forms for the financial year ending 31 March 2008 are available from the Scottish Housing Regulator website.
The Scottish Housing Regulator publishes an annual report, “Scottish Registered Social Landlord Statistics”, which provides a profile of the RSL sector using summary performance and statistical data taken from the APSR. The most recently published report is available from the publications page of the Scottish Housing Regulator website.
