Publication schemes
This is The Scottish Housing Regulator’s publication scheme, as required by the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Under the Act, anyone can ask for information from us. The publication scheme shows what sort of information we hold and where you can get it. If you do not see what you are looking for in the scheme you can ask us for further information (the scheme tells you how). Your request must be in a permanent, recordable form – for example, a letter or an email.
