Section 68A Consultation Response

DIRECTING THE DELEGATION OF HOUSING MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS UNDER SECTION 68A OF THE HOUSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2001 – OUTCOME OF CONSULTATION

Following our consultation on the review of directions issued under Section 68A, we have agreed with Scottish Ministers that we will issue new directions to Glasgow Housing Association for all local housing organisations (LHO).

We are currently drafting the new directions and schedule of RMA amendments. This drafting will be shared with GHA and the LHO network shortly.
