 Who we are

Complaining about us

We set out in this leaflet how we deal with complaints about us.

You can make complaints:

in person;

by letter; (see contact us page for address)

by returning the postal feedback and complaints form;

by telephoning us on 0141 271 3810;

by emailing shr@scottishhousingregulator.gsi.gov.uk; or

by completing the online feedback and complaints form.

We will investigate your complaint fully and write to you within eight working days. If we are going to take longer, then we will tell you when to expect a full reply.

You can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman if you are still dissatisfied.
