Complaining about a landlord
We set out in this leaflet what you should do if you have a complaint about a regulated body. Every regulated body should have a complaints policy and you can ask for a copy of it. Any complaint should be raised first with the regulated body. You can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman if you are still dissatisfied.
