Charitable Registered Social Landlords

We have agreed with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator that we will work together as regulators to avoid placing unnecessary additional burdens on charitable RSLs. You can find the Memorandum of Understanding between us here. We have also produced a joint briefing note to explain how we will work together in practice and what this means for charitable RSLs.
