Local Authorities

• Argyll & Bute Council: This is an inspection of the council’s homeless service only

• City of Edinburgh Council: This is an inspection of the council’s landlord services

• South Lanarkshire Council

• Stirling Council: This is an inspection of the council’s landlord services

Fife Council and Highland Council’s landlord services have still to be inspected as part of our baseline programme. These councils have been selected as pilots for a shared risk assessment and joint scrutiny planning exercise by Audit Scotland, HMIe, SWIA, Care Commission and SHR. This will determine the level and scope of scrutiny activity for 2009/10 for the selected councils. We will update this page to include the outcomes of this joint work.
