Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR)

We collect a range of statistical and performance information from all:

• Registered Social Landlords (RSLs);

• LHOs (who manage stock on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association); and

• Abbeyfield Societies.

This information is used to monitor the performance of organisations. Lastly, it informs our annual risk-based assessment and regulatory engagement.

You can access sample APSR return forms and guidance for 2009-10 here.

You can access performance tables about:

• housing stock

• lettings and voids

• rents and arrears

• evictions

• house sales

These are mainly shown by RSL peer groups, but also by local authority area.

Benchmarking data is available which contains contextual details and performance information for each RSL.

If you are interested in the performance of a particular landlord, you can see a profile based on the most recent information in our register.

Access to the 2009/10 online system will be available in April if you wish to make an APSR return on behalf of an RSL, RSLs and LHOs.
