RSLs’ Benchmarking Page

We are committed to helping RSLs to assess the services they provide. And we want to give tenants up-to-date and relevant information about their landlord.

We already publish performance and statistical tables and financial tables. To complement these we are now publishing additional public data, extracted from the APSR and accounts returns. Landlords and others might find these useful to benchmark their performance.

The benchmarking spreadsheet contains details for each RSL followed by performance information. It is sorted in alphabetical order of RSL name, and can be used as a working document: users may wish to calculate their own percentages, merge it with the statistical and financial tables, re-sort it and add other information, for their own purposes.

We are open to expanding the range of data in the sheet in future years. If you have any suggestion, please write to us at bau@scottishhousingregulator.gsi.gov.uk.

We will review the spreadsheet in autumn 2010 and publish a revised and updated version at the end of 2010.
