Ian is responsible for collecting, analysing and publishing financial, performance and statistical information. The Business Analysis teams focus on the financial viability and efficiency of social landlords, monitoring physical quality standards and trends in key performance indicators. They co-ordinate our assessment of the level of engagement we need with individual regulated bodies.
