Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR) Forms & Guidance
2009-10 return
We have continued to review and streamline our information requirements from Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to focus on areas of risk. This year’s return is shorter than the previous one, and it takes better account of developments such as Choice Based Letting. We have taken advice from sector representatives on the wording of the amendments.
All mainstream, small, management only RSLs, LHO sub-committees (managing stock on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association) and Abbeyfield Societies will be required to complete a return for 2009-10.
